摘要

本文总结1例芒硝外敷急性水肿性胰腺炎重症患者实施中西医结合治疗和护理经验。在常规护理基础上，西医予胃肠减压、腹水引流及抗感染治疗，中医根据患者的辨证分型，即阳明腑实证，予芒硝外敷、中药灌肠及耳穴压丸等干预措施实施治疗和护理，缓解急性胰腺炎引发的腹痛等不适症状，促进患者康复。患者治疗9 d后营养状况改善，12 d后拔除胃管经口进食，于治疗15 d后顺利出院。

Abstract

This article summarizes the experience of implementing integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment and nursing for a severe patient with acute edematous pancreatitis treated with external application of saltpeter. On the basis of routine nursing， Western medicine provides gastrointestinal decompression， ascites drainage， and anti infection treatment. Traditional Chinese medicine implements intervention measures such as external application of saltpeter， traditional Chinese medicine enema， and ear acupressure pills based on the patient's syndrome differentiation， namely Yangming Fu syndrome， to alleviate discomfort symptoms such as abdominal pain caused by acute pancreatitis and promote patient recovery. The patient's nutritional status improved after 9 days of treatment， and after 12 days， the gastric tube was removed for oral feeding. The patient was discharged smoothly after 15 days of treatment.
