摘要

本文总结1例耳穴压豆治疗脑梗死睡眠障碍的护理经验，在西医治疗的基础上，采用耳穴压豆联合手指点穴等中医护理技术进行干预，有效改善了头晕、睡眠障碍、恶心等症状，促进患者恢复身心健康。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of a case of sleep disorder of cerebral infarction treated by auricular point compression bean. On the basis of Western medicine treatment， the intervention of traditional Chinese medicine nursing technology such as auricular point compression bean combined with finger point has effectively improved the symptoms of dizziness， sleep disorder， nausea and so on， and promoted the recovery of physical and mental health of the patient.
