摘要

本文总结1例经内镜下抗反流黏膜消融术护理体会。护理人员通过收集患者资料，结合护理评估，得出具有针对性的护理诊断，同时术前准备仪器物品，术中熟练配合医生操作，并予患者心理护理、饮食护理、并发症预防及健康宣教等措施。经干预，提高了手术成功率，减少患者并发症，有效解除患者疼痛。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of a case of endoscopic anti reflux mucosal ablation. Nursing staff collect patient information and combine it with nursing assessments to obtain targeted nursing diagnoses. They also prepare instruments and supplies before surgery， proficiently cooperate with doctors during surgery， and provide patients with psychological care， dietary care， complication prevention， and health education measures. Through intervention， the success rate of surgery has been improved， patient complications have been reduced， and patient pain has been effectively relieved.
