摘要

本文总结1例运用改良高位灌肠技术治疗老年粪石性型肠梗阻患者的护理经验。在常规护理基础上将传统医药与现代医学相结合，使用自拟方“老年通便方”治疗本病，将中药煎剂利用吸痰管灌入横结肠等部位进行高位保留灌肠，使药达病所，让药物作用范围更广泛，吸收更充分，减少药物的胃肠道反应，减轻患者痛苦，从而更好地治疗本病。经治疗，有效改善患者的便秘症状，降低患者的疼痛程度，对促进患者康复具有积极意义。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of using an improved high position enema technique to treat elderly patients with fecal stone type intestinal obstruction. On the basis of routine nursing， traditional medicine is combined with modern medicine to treat this disease using a self-designed formula called "Lao Ren Tong Bian Fang". The traditional Chinese medicine decoction is infused into the transverse colon and other areas through a suction tube for high-level retention enema， allowing the medicine to reach the disease site， making the scope of action of the medicine more extensive， absorption more sufficient， reducing gastrointestinal reactions of the medicine， alleviating patient pain， and thus better treating this disease. After treatment， it effectively improves the constipation symptoms of patients， reduces their pain level， and has a positive significance in promoting their recovery.
