摘要

本文总结1例中药蜡疗联合中药熏洗治疗类风湿关节炎（RA）患者双膝关节疼痛的护理经验，基于中医辨证，采用中药蜡疗和中药熏洗对症治疗，并配合饮食指导、功能锻炼等护理干预，有效缓解了患者双膝关节疼痛的症状，提高了患者的生活质量。

Abstract

This paper summarizes the nursing experience of a case of patients with rheumatoid arthritis （RA） treated with Chinese herbal wax therapy combined with Chinese herbal fumigation. Based on TCM syndrome differentiation， the symptomatic treatment of Chinese herbal wax therapy and Chinese herbal fumigation combined with nursing intervention such as dietary guidance and functional exercise effectively alleviated the symptoms of the patient's pain of both knee joints and improved the patient's quality of life.
