摘要

本文总结采用温灸刮痧联合叙事护理治疗1例更年期失眠焦虑患者的护理体会。针对患者更年期综合征中常见失眠、焦虑症状，通过温灸刮痧疗法以刺激穴位，促进机体血液循环和新陈代谢，结合叙事护理了解病人内心真实想法，有效缓解患者心慌胸闷、失眠症状和焦虑状态，以期为临床实践提供借鉴。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of a patient with menopausal insomnia and anxiety treated with warm moxibustion and guasha combined with narrative nursing. In response to the common symptoms of insomnia and anxiety in patients with menopausal syndrome， warm moxibustion and scraping therapy are used to stimulate acupoints， promote blood circulation and metabolism in the body， combined with narrative nursing to understand the patient's true thoughts， effectively alleviate the patient's symptoms of palpitations， chest tightness， insomnia， and anxiety， in order to provide reference for clinical practice.
