摘要

本文总结1例应用砭石熨摩中药透入法联合手指点穴治疗冠心病合并气虚型便秘患者的护理经验。在常规护理基础上，通过实施砭石熨摩中药透入法联合手指点穴改善患者气虚便秘的症状，提高患者舒适度及生活质量。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of a patient with coronary heart disease complicated with qi deficiency constipation treated with the application of Bianshi ironing and massage traditional Chinese medicine penetration method combined with finger acupoints. On the basis of routine nursing， the implementation of Bianshi ironing and massage traditional Chinese medicine penetration method combined with finger acupoints can improve the symptoms of qi deficiency and constipation in patients， enhance their comfort and quality of life.
