摘要

本文总结应用耳穴贴压联合中医芳香疗法治疗1例肝癌患者失眠的护理体会。通过使用耳穴贴压指导患者正确的按压手法及频率，联合芳香疗法安神助眠，并结合常规护理、饮食、用药和中医情志护理等，作用直接，疗效显著，无不良反应。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of using ear acupressure combined with traditional Chinese medicine aromatherapy to treat insomnia in a patient with liver cancer. By using ear acupressure to guide patients in the correct pressing technique and frequency， combined with aromatherapy to calm the mind and aid sleep， and combined with routine nursing， diet， medication， and traditional Chinese medicine emotional care， the effect is direct， the therapeutic effect is significant， and there are no adverse reactions.
