摘要

本文总结1例手法通乳中医技术治疗哺乳期急性乳腺炎初起期患者的护理措施。在中医辨证施护理论指导下，采取手法通乳中医技术治疗，并配合生活护理、饮食护理及辨证施情治疗后，患者疼痛症状明显缓解，病情得到有效控制，值得临床应用推广。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing measures for a patient with acute mastitis in the early stages of lactation treated with traditional Chinese medicine techniques of manual lactation. Under the guidance of the theory of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation and nursing， the use of manual lactation and traditional Chinese medicine techniques， combined with lifestyle care， dietary care， and syndrome differentiation and nursing treatment， significantly alleviated the patient's pain symptoms and effectively controlled the condition， which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
