摘要

本文总结中药熏洗联合中药封包疗法改善1例非特异性外阴炎外阴肿痛患者的护理体会。根据中医辨证理论，采取中医外治法中药熏洗联合中药封包治疗患者外阴肿痛，联合实施日常护理、饮食指导及情志护理等常规护理措施，效果良好。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of using traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and washing combined with traditional Chinese medicine packaging therapy to improve the pain and swelling of the external genitalia in a patient with non-specific vulvitis. According to the theory of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation， the external treatment method of traditional Chinese medicine， combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and washing， and traditional Chinese medicine packaging， is used to treat patients with external genital swelling and pain. Routine nursing measures such as daily care， dietary guidance， and emotional care are implemented， and the effect is good.
