摘要
本文总结1例狼疮性肾炎致慢性肾功能不全合并多处皮肤损害患者的中西医结合护理经验。患者表现为系统性红斑狼疮皮肤改变、肾性水肿、湿疹，同时伴左手背及右足背留置针穿刺点感染，出现疼痛、皮肤红肿及伤口愈合不良。针对患者病情，实施中医护理干预，中药外敷以清热解毒、消肿止痛；虎符铜砭刮痧促进伤口局部气血运行；耳穴压豆改善因疼痛与焦虑引发的睡眠障碍。在多学科专科护理小组协作下，经10 d护理干预，患者伤口完全愈合。
Abstract
This article summarizes the experience of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing for a patient with lupus nephritis complicated with chronic renal insufficiency and multiple skin lesions. The patient presented with systemic lupus erythematosus skin changes， renal edema， eczema， and concurrent infection at the indwelling needle puncture sites on the back of the left hand and the back of the right foot， with symptoms of pain， skin redness and swelling， and poor wound healing. In response to the patient's condition， traditional Chinese medicine nursing interventions were implemented， including external application of traditional Chinese medicine for heat-clearing， detoxification， swelling reduction， and pain relief； scraping with a tiger-shaped copper scraper to promote local blood and qi circulation at the wound site； and auricular point pressing with beans to improve sleep disorders caused by pain and anxiety. Under the collaboration of a multidisciplinary specialized nursing team， after 10 days of nursing intervention， the patient's wounds were completely healed.
