摘要
本文探讨1例免疫性血小板减少症患者因跌倒导致皮下瘀斑的护理体会。通过详细的护理记录与疗效观察，展示中药封包疗法在促进皮下瘀斑吸收方面的潜力，并强调护理措施在提高治疗效果中的重要性。研究表明，中药封包疗法通过改善局部血液循环，加速瘀血吸收，减轻炎症反应，缓解疼痛，最终实现加快皮下瘀斑的消退。该疗法操作简便，不良反应少，为患者提供了更加舒适的治疗体验。本文旨在为临床实践提供一种安全有效的治疗皮下瘀斑的方法，并为后续类似病例的处理提供参考依据。
Abstract
This article explores the nursing experience of a patient with immune thrombocytopenia who developed subcutaneous bruising due to a fall. Through detailed nursing records and efficacy observations， demonstrate the potential of traditional Chinese medicine packet therapy in promoting subcutaneous bruising absorption， and emphasize the importance of nursing measures in improving treatment effectiveness. Research has shown that traditional Chinese medicine packet therapy improves local blood circulation， accelerates the absorption of blood stasis， reduces inflammatory reactions， relieves pain， and ultimately accelerates the regression of subcutaneous bruising. This therapy is easy to operate， has fewer adverse reactions， and provides patients with a more comfortable treatment experience. This article aims to provide a safe and effective method for treating subcutaneous bruising in clinical practice， and to provide reference for the treatment of similar cases in the future.
