摘要
本文总结1例气滞血瘀型腰椎间盘突出症患者行中药膏摩联合水罐治疗的护理经验。在中医辨证施护理论指导下，根据患者腰部疼痛、肢体麻木等问题，对患者实施中药膏摩联合水罐治疗中医外治疗法，并配合饮食护理，功能锻炼，情志护理等护理措施，有效缓解患者的腰部疼痛及肢体麻木，提高患者的生活质量。
Abstract
This article summarizes the nursing experience of a patient with lumbar disc herniation of qi stagnation and blood stasis type treated with traditional Chinese medicine ointment combined with water tank. Guided by the theory of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation and care， based on the patient's lower back pain and limb numbness， a combination of traditional Chinese medicine ointment and water tank therapy is implemented to treat the patient's lower back pain and limb numbness. In addition， nursing measures such as diet care， functional exercise， and emotional care are taken to effectively alleviate the patient's lower back pain and limb numbness， and improve the patient's quality of life.
