摘要
本文总结1例难治性腹膜炎并发肠梗阻继发囊肾破裂尿血患者的中医整合疗法护理经验。基于中医辨证施护理论，护理过程中随着患者病情变化动态调整护理措施，并在患者出院前进行腹透操作再培训、饮食宣教及制定居家护理方案。经26 d治疗和护理，患者病情好转出院，出院后6个月随访，腹膜炎未反复，未再发作肉眼血尿。
Abstract
This article summarizes the nursing experience of traditional Chinese medicine integrated therapy for a patient with refractory peritonitis complicated with intestinal obstruction and secondary rupture of the bladder and kidney， and hematuria. Based on the theory of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation and nursing care， nursing measures are dynamically adjusted during the nursing process as the patient's condition changes. Before the patient is discharged， abdominal dialysis operation retraining， dietary education， and home care plans are developed. After 26 days of treatment and nursing， the patient's condition improved and was discharged. Follow up at 6 months after discharge showed no recurrence of peritonitis and no recurrence of gross hematuria.
