摘要

目的

探讨感冒患儿在反复高热伴不完全性肠梗阻时，铜砭刮痧联合蜜煎导干预的效果体会。

方法

根据四诊合参的结果开展辨证施护，运用铜砭刮痧联合蜜煎导缓解患儿高热、腹胀及腹痛等不适证候。

结果

体温降至正常，腹胀缓解，减轻了患儿的痛苦。

结论

运用铜砭刮痧联合蜜煎导对高热伴不完全性肠梗阻的患儿实施辨证施护，可有效退热，缓解患儿腹胀，减轻患儿腹痛等不适症状。

Abstract

Objective

To explore the effect of copper needle scraping combined with honey Decoction in the intervention of children with cold in repeated high fever with incomplete intestinal obstruction.

Methods

According to the results of four diagnostic methods combined with ginseng， syndrome differentiation nursing was carried out， and copper needle scraping combined with honey Decoction guide was used to relieve the symptoms of high fever， abdominal distension and abdominal pain in children.

Results

The temperature fell to normal， the abdominal distension was relieved， and the pain of the children was alleviated.

Conclusion

The application of copper needle scrapping combined with honey Decoction guide in the treatment of children with high fever and incomplete intestinal obstruction can effectively reduce fever， relieve abdominal distension， abdominal pain and other discomfort symptoms.
