摘要
热奄包作为传统中医治疗方法在中风后肩部疼痛护理中具有重要意义，本文通过对热奄包治疗中风后肩部疼痛的理论基础、具体应用、案例分析、结论与展望进行阐述。中医经络学说为热奄包提供理论依据，具有温经通络、调和气血的功效。通过辨证施治选方，确定热敷部位与技巧，结果显示热奄包对中风后肩部疼痛有显著治疗效果。
Abstract
As a traditional Chinese medicine treatment method， hot compress therapy plays an important role in the care of shoulder pain after stroke. This article elaborates on the theoretical basis， specific applications， case analysis， conclusions， and prospects of hot compress therapy for shoulder pain after stroke. The meridian theory of traditional Chinese medicine provides a theoretical basis for the treatment of heat and blood stasis， and has the effects of warming meridians， unblocking collaterals， and harmonizing qi and blood. By selecting treatment based on syndrome differentiation， determining the location and technique of hot compress， the results showed that the hot compress pack has a significant therapeutic effect on shoulder pain after stroke.
