摘要
本文总结1例重症细菌性肺炎实施早期清醒俯卧位通气联合HFNC治疗的护理经验。护理措施包括实施清醒俯卧位通气联合HFNC治疗下的护理全过程评估、氧疗管理、体位及管路管理及皮肤管理等，采取有效的护理措施不仅能有效改善氧合，降低气管插管率，同时也可以提高患者满意度，减轻护理难度。
Abstract
This article summarizes the nursing experience of a case of severe bacterial pneumonia treated with early awake prone ventilation combined with HFNC. Nursing measures include comprehensive evaluation of the nursing process under conscious prone position ventilation combined with HFNC treatment， oxygen therapy management， position and tubing management， and skin management. Taking effective nursing measures can not only improve oxygenation and reduce tracheal intubation rates， but also increase patient satisfaction and reduce nursing difficulties.
