摘要
本文总结1例高龄脑梗死低温烫伤患者创面护理报告，在局部清创基础上采用湿润烧伤膏联合凡士林油纱进行换药治疗，57 d后创面完全愈合。本案例不仅发挥中药祛腐生肌及创面湿性愈合的双重作用，且减轻患者的经济负担，值得临床推广。
Abstract
This article summarizes a report on wound care for an elderly patient with cerebral infarction and low-temperature burns. On the basis of local debridement， moist burn ointment combined with Vaseline gauze was used for dressing change treatment， and the wound completely healed after 57 days. This case not only demonstrates the dual effects of traditional Chinese medicine in dispelling decay， promoting muscle growth， and achieving wet wound healing， but also reduces the economic burden on patients， making it worthy of clinical promotion.
