摘要

本文总结1例缺血性中风恢复期气虚血瘀症患者的中西医结合护理体会。在中医辨证施护理论指导下，采用中药膏摩联合中药塌渍等中医特色护理技术，对患者进行有针对性的个性化护理干预，配合康复功能锻炼，促进患者肢体功能康复。

Abstract

This paper summarized nursing of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in a patient with ischemic stroke with Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome. Based on the theory of Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） syndrome differentiation， massage with Chinese herbal medicine ointment， TCM collapse therapy and rehabilitation exercise were carried out to improve the recovery of limb motor function of the patient.
