摘要

本案例以“土枢四象，一气周流”理论为指导，针对1例乙状结肠癌术后腹胀腹泻患者，采用经络全息刮痧结合中药热熨敷的护理干预措施。经护理，患者腹胀腹泻症状显著缓解，生活质量得以提升，表明该护理方法对改善肠癌术后腹胀腹泻效果良好，具有临床推广价值。

Abstract

Guided by the theory of "Four Elements of the Earth Center and One Qi Circulating Continuously"， this case adopted the nursing intervention measures of holographic meridian scraping combined with Chinese herbal hot wrapping for a patient with postoperative abdominal distension and diarrhea after sigmoid colon cancer surgery. After the nursing， the patient's abdominal distension and diarrhea symptoms were significantly relieved， and the quality of life was improved. This indicates that this nursing method has a good effect on improving abdominal distension and diarrhea after intestinal cancer surgery and has clinical promotion value.
