摘要

本文总结中西医结合护理干预1例中风后患者吞咽障碍的护理体会。本案例通过在患者入院后进行辨证的基础上确立对应的护治原则，给予艾箱灸联合芳香冷疗，适时辅以间歇置管，有效改善中风后吞咽障碍患者的吞咽状况，提高患者的自理能力和生活质量。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of a case of swallowing disorders in a post-stroke patient treated with integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing intervention. This case establishes corresponding nursing and treatment principles based on the diagnosis and treatment of the patient after admission， and provides moxa box moxibustion combined with aromatic cold therapy， supplemented with intermittent catheterization in a timely manner， effectively improving the swallowing condition of post-stroke dysphagia patients， enhancing their self-care ability and quality of life.
