摘要

本文总结火龙罐综合灸治疗1例膝关节镜术后康复患者的护理经验。在中医辨证施护指导下，予患者火龙罐综合灸中医护理技术，同时配合健康宣教、情志指导、生活指导及运动指导等护理措施。经治疗，患者膝关节疼痛症状明显缓解，肢体活动功能恢复，失眠及焦虑状态缓解，疗效显著，可供临床推广。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of a rehabilitation patient after knee arthroscopy treated with Huolongguan comprehensive moxibustion. Under the guidance of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation and nursing， patients are provided with comprehensive moxibustion and traditional Chinese medicine nursing techniques using fire dragon jars. At the same time， nursing measures such as health education， emotional guidance， life guidance， and exercise guidance are also implemented. After treatment， the patient's knee joint pain symptoms were significantly relieved， limb activity function was restored， insomnia and anxiety were relieved， and the therapeutic effect was significant， which can be promoted clinically.
