摘要

本文总结采用中医特色技术治疗1例带状疱疹患者的个案报告。在中医辨证施护理论指导下，采取刺络拔罐放血疗法联合口服中药汤剂等中医特色治疗，配合用药指导、饮食干预及情志护理等，有效缓解患者临床症状，水疱明显消退，疼痛明显减轻，焦虑等负面情绪显著降低，提高患者舒适度。

Abstract

This article summarizes a case report of treating a patient with herpes zoster using traditional Chinese medicine characteristic techniques. Guided by the theory of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation and care， the use of acupuncture， cupping， and bloodletting therapy combined with oral Chinese herbal decoctions and other traditional Chinese medicine treatments， combined with medication guidance， dietary intervention， and emotional care， effectively alleviates patients' clinical symptoms， significantly reduces blisters， pain， anxiety， and other negative emotions， and improves patient comfort.
