摘要
本文总结西医药物联合中医护理技术治疗1例发热患者的护理体会。入院后给予患者呼吸科护理常规治疗，西医给予抗感染、化痰、平喘和退热药物治疗为基础，结合中医理论进行中医诊断及辨证施护，制定护理方案，针对患者发热症状给予耳尖放血治疗。中西医联合诊治，同时将情志护理、生活起居护理以及健康教育等中西医护理措施综合应用，缩短发热时间及频率，降低药物使用带来的不良反应、并发症和患者的心理顾虑，提高了患者对中医技术的认可和依从性，同时巩固护理人员对耳尖放血的操作技术水平和理论知识。
Abstract
This article summarizes nursing measures for a patient with fever treated with western medicine combined with auricular acupoint bloodletting therapy. Patient received a comprehensive treatment including anti-infection， reducing phlegm， antiasthmatic and antipyretic drugs. Based on the Traditional Chinese Medicine diagnosis and syndrome differentiation， auricular acupoint bloodletting therapy was carried out to relieve the fever symptoms of the patient. An Integrative medicine treatment and nursing plan combined with emotion regulation， daily living support and health education was conducted to shorten the duration and frequency of of fever， reduce the risk of drug-induced adverse reacton， complications and patient's psychological concerns. The practice of integrated integrative medicine treatment and nursing helps to increase patient’s awareness and compliance with Traditional Chinese Medicine nursing technique， and enhance the nurses’ knowledge and practice skills of auricular acupoint bloodletting therapy.
