摘要

本文总结1例重症肺炎合并1型呼吸衰竭的患者通过中西医结合护理的经验，根据中医证候特点进行辨证分型，诊断为咳嗽（痰热壅肺），通过四诊（望、闻、问、切）及辨证施护对病情进行整体分析，确定护理评估、护理诊断及护理措施，并采用高流量氧疗和中医特色护理，有效缓解咳嗽、喘憋不适症状，使其疾病转归、化验指标及临床症状改善，缩短病程，提高护理质量及患者满意度。

Abstract

This paper summarizes the experience of nursing a patient with severe pneumonia complicated with type 1 respiratory failure through the integration of traditional Chinese and Western medicine， and carries out syndrome differentiation according to the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine syndromes. The diagnosis is cough （phlegm heat obstructing the lung）. Through the overall analysis of the condition through the four diagnosis （looking， smelling， asking， cutting） and syndrome differentiation nursing， the nursing evaluation， nursing diagnosis and nursing measures are determined， and high flow oxygen therapy and traditional Chinese medicine characteristic nursing are used to effectively relieve the symptoms of cough， asthma and discomfort， improve the disease prognosis， laboratory indicators and clinical symptoms， shorten the course of disease， improve the quality of nursing and patient satisfaction.
