摘要

本文探讨1例舌癌患者在放疗期间出现重度口腔粘膜炎和中度放射性皮肤损伤，阶段性借助评估工具动态测评患者全程治疗状态，采用多维护理措施，具体包括口腔黏膜炎恢复、皮肤损伤预防和修复、减轻疼痛、维持体重及适度运动提升，最终完成放疗全周期。

Abstract

This article discusses a case of a tongue cancer patient who developed severe oral mucositis and moderate radiation-induced skin injury during radiotherapy. The patient's overall treatment status was dynamically evaluated using assessment tools in stages， and multidimensional nursing measures were adopted， including recovery of oral mucositis， prevention and repair of skin injury， pain reduction， weight maintenance， and moderate exercise， ultimately completing the entire radiotherapy cycle.
