摘要

本文总结1例肺癌患者化疗相关性便秘行中药膏摩联合穴位贴敷治疗的临床效果与护理经验。给予患者中医辨证施护，运用中药膏摩、穴位贴敷中医外治法配合生活起居护理、饮食指导及情志护理等，有效改善患者便秘的临床症状。

Abstract

This paper summarizes the clinical effect and nursing experience of a case of chemotherapy-related constipation in lung cancer treated with traditional Chinese medicine ointment and moxibustion combined with acupoint application. The patients were given TCM syndrome differentiation nursing， TCM External Therapy with traditional Chinese medicine ointment and acupoint application combined with daily life nursing， dietary guidance and emotional nursing， which effectively improved the clinical symptoms of patients with constipation.
