摘要

本文总结1例肺部感染合并代谢综合征患者的中西医结合护理的经验。在西医治疗基础上，基于中医辨证选择相应穴位进行中药敷贴及耳穴压豆治疗，配合心理护理、运动护理及饮食护理，可有效缓解患者发热、呼吸困难及咳嗽等不适，改善身体机能，提高患者生活质量。

Abstract

This paper summarizes the experience of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing in a patient with pulmonary infection complicated with metabolic syndrome. On the basis of Western medicine treatment， selecting the corresponding acupoints based on TCM Syndrome Differentiation for traditional Chinese medicine application and ear acupoint bean pressing treatment， combined with psychological nursing， exercise nursing and dietary nursing， can effectively alleviate the patient's discomfort such as fever， dyspnea and cough， improve physical function and improve the quality of life of patients.
