摘要
本文通过总结1例雷火灸联合手指点穴改善脑卒中偏瘫患者的护理体会。通过实施雷火灸联合手指点穴治疗，并结合肢体功能护理、辨证施膳及中医情志护理等，提高患者日常生活能力，改善肢体活动障碍，促进患者早期康复出院，临床效果较好。
Abstract
This article summarizes the nursing experience of a case of stroke hemiplegia patients treated with thunder fire moxibustion combined with finger acupoints. Through the implementation of thunder fire moxibustion combined with finger acupoint therapy， combined with limb function nursing， syndrome differentiation diet and traditional Chinese medicine emotional nursing， the ability of daily living of patients is improved， limb activity disorder is improved， and early rehabilitation and discharge of patients are promoted， with good clinical effect.
