摘要

本文总结1例丹毒患者的中西医结合治疗与护理经验，具体包括常规抗生素（首选青霉素）治疗，同时予中药塌渍治疗，治疗7～10 d后治愈。中西医结合治疗下肢丹毒见效快，配合护理干预有助于促进患者早日康复，减少复发风险。

Abstract

This paper summarizes the experience of treatment and nursing of a patient with erysipelas treated with integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine， including conventional antibiotics （penicillin is the first choice） and traditional Chinese medicine sloughing treatment. The patient was cured after 7-10 days of treatment. The combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of erysipelas of lower limbs has quick effect， and the cooperation with nursing intervention is helpful to promote the early recovery of patients and reduce the recurrence risk.
