摘要
本文总结1例患有脑络痹伴口僻的患者进行火龙罐干预的护理体会。护理要点包括评估患者头晕、头痛、口角歪斜及口流涎等情况，经分析该患者护理诊断主要为疼痛、头晕与口角歪斜。本例患者采用火龙罐疗法，根据“经络所过，主治所及”原则，因患病部位为面部，属人体阳面，选取的大多为阳经且以头面部经络为主，选取的经络为足阳明胃经、足少阳胆经、手少阳三焦经、足太阳膀胱经、手太阳小肠经及手阳明大肠经。经过火龙罐治疗促进患者气血流通、祛寒邪，有效缓解脑络痹患者的口僻症状，改善患者生活质量，护理效果显著。
Abstract
This paper summarizes the nursing experience of fire dragon cupping intervention in a patient with cerebral collateral obstruction and mouth obstruction. The key points of nursing include evaluating the patient's dizziness， headache， angular deviation of mouth and salivation， etc. after analysis， the patient's nursing diagnosis is mainly pain， dizziness and angular deviation of mouth. This patient was treated with fire dragon cupping therapy. According to the principle of "the meridians and collaterals pass by， the main treatment place is". Because the affected part is the face， which belongs to the sunny side of the human body， most of the selected meridians are the yang meridians and mainly the head and face meridians. The selected meridians are the stomach meridian of Foot Yangming， the gallbladder meridian of foot Shaoyang， the triple energizer meridian of hand Shaoyang， the bladder meridian of foot Taiyang， the small intestine meridian of hand Taiyang and the large intestine meridian of hand Yangming. After the treatment of fire dragon cupping， it can promote the circulation of blood and blood， eliminate cold pathogens， effectively relieve the mouth symptoms of patients with cerebral collateral obstruction， improve the quality of life of patients， and the nursing effect is significant.
