摘要
本研究详细介绍1例74岁男性慢性阻塞性肺疾病（COPD）稳定期患者的护理经历。患者合并多种疾病，护理上采用中西医结合方法，西医给予吸氧、解痉平喘及化痰等治疗与护理，中医通过穴位贴敷、耳穴压丸及穴位按摩进行干预，指导患者进行呼吸八段锦锻炼。护理过程涵盖全面评估、准确诊断、精心计划、积极实施和效果评价，最终患者临床症状显著改善，治疗结果良好，出院后随访病情稳定，体现了中西医结合护理及呼吸八段锦锻炼在COPD稳定期治疗中的重要价值，为临床实践提供了有益参考。
Abstract
This study details the nursing management of a 74-year-old male patient with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease （COPD） in the stable phase. Presenting with multiple comorbidities， the patient received integrated Chinese-Western nursing care. Western interventions included oxygen therapy， bronchodilation， expectoration management， and corresponding nursing support. Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） modalities comprised acupoint application therapy， auricular-plaster therapy， and acupoint massage. The patient was also instructed in Baduanjin breathing qigong exercises. The comprehensive nursing process encompassed thorough assessment， accurate diagnosis， meticulous planning， active implementation， and outcome evaluation. Consequently， the patient demonstrated significant symptomatic improvement and achieved favorable therapeutic outcomes. Follow-up after discharge indicated stable disease control. This case underscores the clinical value of integrated Chinese-Western nursing combined with Baduanjin breathing qigong in managing stable-phase COPD， offering valuable insights for clinical practice.
