摘要
本文总结“互联网+护理服务”模式下1例白血病患者PICC的护理经验。目前大部分肿瘤患者或者长期输液的患者因治疗需要会选择经外周静脉置入中心静脉导管（PICC），PICC置入后患者是否能够获得适当的护理，将会对其置入时长以及并发症产生影响。“互联网+护理服务”模式在国家政策的推行下已成为肿瘤及其慢病患者居家延续性护理的重要措施。本案例通过为该患者提供上门护理服务7个月，进行PICC导管维护20次，导管安全留置，无相关并发症发生。护理经验将从金牌护士平台系统的使用、上门护理流程、护理过程质控、护理操作要点与并发症的预防及处理方面进行总结分析。
Abstract
This paper summarized the nursing experience of a leukemia patient with PICC under the mode of "Internet plus nursing service". At present， most cancer patients or patients receiving long-term intravenous infusion choose to have a central catheter （PICC） inserted through the peripheral vein for treatment needs. Whether patients can receive appropriate care after PICC insertion will have an impact on the duration of insertion and complications. The "Internet plus nursing service" model has become an important measure for the continuous home care of patients with cancer and chronic diseases under the implementation of national policies. This case involved providing home care services to the patient for 7 months， performing 20 PICC catheter maintenance procedures， ensuring safe catheter placement， and no related complications occurred. Nursing experience will be summarized and analyzed from the use of the gold medal nurse platform system， on-site nursing process， nursing process quality control， nursing operation points， and prevention and treatment of complications.
