摘要

本文总结1例运用华佗夹脊穴位拔罐联合耳穴贴压改善卒中后偏瘫患者肢体痉挛症状的护理经验。在常规护理基础上，通过中医辨证施护理论，采用华佗夹脊穴位拔罐联合耳穴贴压治疗进行干预，有效改善患者肢体痉挛症状，提高患者生活自理能力，降低患者焦虑程度，对患者后期康复治疗具有积极意义。

Abstract

This paper summarizes the nursing experience of using Huatuo Jiaji acupoint cupping combined with auricular point sticking to improve the symptoms of limb spasticity in a patient with hemiplegia after stroke. On the basis of routine nursing， through the TCM syndrome differentiation nursing theory， Huatuo Jiaji acupoint cupping combined with auricular point sticking therapy was used for intervention， which effectively improved the symptoms of limb spasm， enhanced the self-care ability of patients， and reduced the anxiety degree of patients， which was of positive significance for the later rehabilitation treatment of patients.
