摘要

本文总结1例中药膏摩联合红光照射疗法治疗带状疱疹神经痛的护理经验。在全面评估、个性化护理计划、疼痛与皮肤护理等常规护理的基础上，采用以中药膏摩联合红光照射的综合护理治疗，患者疱疹皮肤结痂脱落，疼痛显著缓解，睡眠质量改善。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of treating neuralgia caused by herpes zoster with a combination of traditional Chinese medicine massage and red light irradiation therapy. On the basis of comprehensive assessment， individualized nursing plans， and routine care such as pain and skin care， a comprehensive nursing treatment combining traditional Chinese medicine massage and red light irradiation was adopted. The patient's herpes skin scabs fell off， pain was significantly relieved， and sleep quality improved.
