摘要
本文总结1例直肠癌术后化疗所致恶心呕吐（CINV）患者的护理经验。以中医理论为指导，通过采取有效的中西医结合治疗及护理措施，运用中医揿针联合五行音乐疗法及西医治疗方案，配合针对个体制定的营养计划、情志调理等，患者CINV得到有效缓解，并顺利度过化疗期。
Abstract
This article summarizes the nursing experience of a patient with nausea and vomiting caused by chemotherapy after rectal cancer surgery. Guided by Traditional Chinese Medicine theory， effective combination of Traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine treatment and nursing were carried out. An integrative plan including press-needle therapy， five-element music therapy， individual nutrition guidance， emotional regulation and other nursing measures were taken to effectively alleviate chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting during chemotherapy period.
