摘要

本文总结1例运用中药膏摩联合冲击波疗法治疗阔筋膜张肌损伤患者的护理体会。在常规护理基础上，完善护理评估，通过实施中药膏摩联合冲击波疗法，有效缓解患者左侧臀部外上方及大腿外侧疼痛症状，有效提高患者的生活质量。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of a patient with tensor fascia lata injury treated with traditional Chinese medicine ointment combined with shock wave therapy. On the basis of routine nursing， improve nursing evaluation， and implement traditional Chinese medicine ointment combined with shock wave therapy to effectively alleviate the pain symptoms of the upper left buttock and outer thigh of the patient， effectively improving the patient's quality of life.
