摘要
本文总结1例循经往返灸联合砭石中药膏摩治疗青少年原发性痛经的护理体会。在中医辨证理论指导下，基于循证采用循经往返灸联合砭石中药膏摩，并从病情观察、生活起居、饮食调护及情志调护等方面进行辨证施护，予患者个体化护理及健康教育，有效缓解患者痛经症状，减轻焦虑情绪，有助于提高患者生活质量及学习效率。
Abstract
This article summarizes the nursing experience of a case of primary dysmenorrhea in adolescents treated with back and forth moxibustion along meridians combined with Bianshi traditional Chinese medicine ointment massage. Guided by the theory of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation， based on evidence-based methods， the combination of back and forth moxibustion along meridians and traditional Chinese medicine paste massage is used to provide individualized care and health education to patients from the aspects of disease observation， daily life， diet regulation， and emotional regulation. This effectively alleviates patients' dysmenorrhea symptoms， reduces anxiety， and helps improve their quality of life and learning efficiency.
