摘要
总结1例刘氏火熨术治疗寒湿痹阻Ⅱ型膝关节滑膜炎患者的护理经验。基于中医的整体观和辨证施护原则，明确中医治疗法则，采用刘氏火熨术治疗并配合生活起居、饮食护理、情志护理。治疗后，患者右膝部疼痛、肿胀消失，活动恢复正常。
Abstract
Summarize the nursing experience of a patient with type II knee synovitis caused by cold dampness obstruction treated with Liu's fire ironing technique. Based on the holistic view and dialectical nursing principles of traditional Chinese medicine， clarify the treatment rules of traditional Chinese medicine， adopt Liu's fire ironing technique for treatment， and cooperate with daily life， dietary care， and emotional care. After treatment， the patient's right knee pain and swelling disappeared， and their activities returned to normal.
