摘要

本文总结耳穴压丸改善1例血液透析高血压患者的护理体会。在中医护理理论的指导下，根据患者具体病情制定个性化护理方案，予患者耳穴压丸治疗同时配合情志护理、膳食护理及生活起居护理等护理措施，对降低透析高血压发生率，改善相关症状及缓解焦虑情绪有显著效果。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of using ear acupressure pills to improve a hypertensive patient undergoing hemodialysis. Under the guidance of traditional Chinese medicine nursing theory， personalized nursing plans are developed based on the specific condition of the patient， and ear acupressure pills are given to the patient. At the same time， emotional care， dietary care， and daily living care are combined to significantly reduce the incidence of dialysis hypertension， improve related symptoms， and alleviate anxiety.
