摘要
本文总结1例Ⅱ期压力性损伤患者采用中药涂药联合红外线局部照射治疗的护理经验。在常规护理基础上，通过中药涂擦（中医外治法）结合红外线局部照射（现代理疗技术），有效减少创面渗出液、促进损伤面积缩小，并观察到创面结痂及痂皮脱落等愈合征象。该中西医结合干预方案对改善压力性损伤患者的临床症状具有显著效果。
Abstract
This article summarizes the nursing experience of treating a stage II pressure injury patient with traditional Chinese herbal application combined with local infrared irradiation. Based on routine nursing care， the integrated approach of herbal topical treatment （a traditional Chinese external therapy） and local infrared irradiation （a modern physiotherapy technique） effectively reduced wound exudate， promoted reduction of the lesion area， and facilitated scab formation with subsequent detachment. This combined traditional Chinese and Western intervention demonstrated significant clinical improvement in pressure injury symptoms.
