摘要
本案例分析中药膏摩联合穴位贴敷在治疗1例晚期胃癌伴胃瘫综合征患者中的应用效果。通过详细的护理措施，包括中药膏摩、穴位贴敷及常规护理，患者症状得到显著改善，生活质量明显提高。护理过程中，重点解决情绪管理和疼痛控制的难点，取得了良好的效果。3个疗程后，患者的食欲、体重、贫血及乏力等症状均有显著改善，随访期间无复发。结果表明中药膏摩与穴位贴敷的联合应用，在缓解胃瘫综合征症状、提高患者生活质量方面具有显著疗效，值得临床推广。
Abstract
This case study analyzes the application effect of traditional Chinese medicine ointment combined with acupoint application in the treatment of a patient with advanced gastric cancer and gastroparesis syndrome. Through detailed nursing measures， including traditional Chinese medicine ointment， acupoint application， and routine care， the patient's symptoms have significantly improved and their quality of life has significantly improved. During the nursing process， the focus was on addressing the difficulties of emotional management and pain control， achieving good results. After 3 courses of treatment， the patient's symptoms such as appetite， weight， anemia， and fatigue significantly improved， and there was no recurrence during the follow-up period. The results indicate that the combination of traditional Chinese medicine ointment and acupoint application has significant therapeutic effects in relieving symptoms of gastric paralysis syndrome and improving patients' quality of life， and is worthy of clinical promotion.
