摘要

本文总结1例运用杵针技术治疗湿热瘀结型黄疸患者不寐的护理经验。患者入院后通过护理评估，辨证施治，予患者杵针百会八阵治疗，结合饮食指导、情志宣教等护理常规，成功改善患者不寐症状，显著提高患者生活质量。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of using pestle needle technique to treat insomnia in a patient with damp heat stagnation jaundice. After admission， the patient underwent nursing evaluation and was treated based on syndrome differentiation. The patient was given eight rounds of acupuncture treatment， combined with dietary guidance， emotional education， and other nursing routines， successfully improving the patient's insomnia symptoms and significantly enhancing their quality of life.
