摘要
老年腰椎间盘突出症是老年人常见的疾病，危害老年人的健康，影响老年人的生活质量。本案例患者因年老体弱导致老年腰椎间盘突出持续疼痛，活动受限，采用火龙罐护理干预，效果显著。护理评估发现患者疼痛影响活动和睡眠，制定护理措施，实施后，患者疼痛缓解，活动受限改善，生活质量提高。火龙罐干预老年腰椎间盘突出有效，建议根据患者的具体情况制定针对性的护理方案。
Abstract
Lumbar disc herniation in the elderly is a common disease that endangers their health and affects their quality of life. The patient in this case suffered from persistent pain and limited mobility due to lumbar disc herniation caused by old age and weakness. The use of a fire dragon jar nursing intervention had a significant effect. Nursing assessment found that the patient's pain affected their activity and sleep. Nursing measures were developed and implemented， resulting in pain relief， improvement in restricted mobility， and an improvement in their quality of life. Huolongcan intervention is effective for elderly patients with lumbar disc herniation. It is recommended to develop targeted nursing plans based on the specific situation of the patient.
