摘要

回顾2024年10月5日入住我科进行治疗的1例老年阴虚肠燥型便秘患者，针对患者便秘症状收集患者基础信息、病历资料、诊断结果及护理内容等制定临床干预方案，予患者胃肠动力仪与中药穴位贴敷治疗。经治疗，患者便秘症状得到显著改善，排便频率均有明显提升，治疗效果优于单一方案，有效改善患者临床症状。

Abstract

A case of elderly constipation with Yin deficiency and intestinal dryness type admitted to our department for treatment on October 5， 2024 was reviewed. According to the constipation symptoms of patients， the basic information， medical records， diagnosis results and nursing contents of patients were collected， and the clinical intervention plan was formulated. The patients were treated with gastrointestinal motility instrument and Acupoint Application of traditional Chinese medicine. After treatment， the patient's constipation symptoms were significantly improved， the defecation frequency was significantly improved， and the treatment effect was better than that of a single scheme， which effectively improved the patient's clinical symptoms.
