摘要

我院于2023年8月收治1例PCI术后急性心包填塞伴低钙血症患者，患者住院期间PCI术后发生急性心包填塞，合并低钙血症，予以心包穿刺及纠正电解质等对症治疗，并根据患者护理问题，严密观察病情，进行针对性护理，无并发症及不良事件发生，效果较好，患者顺利出院。本文对该病例进行回顾性分析，对护理措施进行归纳总结，为今后护理此类患者提供临床护理经验，以促进患者康复，改善患者预后。

Abstract

In August 2023， our hospital admitted a patient with acute pericardial tamponade and hypocalcemia after PCI surgery. During the patient's hospitalization， acute pericardial tamponade occurred after PCI surgery， accompanied by hypocalcemia. Symptomatic treatment was given， including pericardial puncture and electrolyte correction. According to the patient's nursing problems， the condition was closely observed and targeted nursing was carried out. There were no complications or adverse events， and the effect was good. The patient was discharged smoothly. This article conducts a retrospective analysis of the case， summarizes nursing measures， and provides clinical nursing experience for future care of such patients， in order to promote patient recovery and improve patient prognosis.
