摘要
本文总结1例重症抗NMDAR脑炎患者经西医一线、二线免疫治疗、抗癫痫及呼吸支持等对症治疗后，病情逐步稳定。患者康复期接受西医常规护理与中医特色护理技术，如中药汤剂以益气活血通络，穴位贴敷以清热化痰，便秘推拿及穴位按摩以通便消胀，中药口腔护理以清热解毒、预防感染等特色技术的综合干预。经过29 d治疗与护理，患者的日常生活能力、痰液性状、便秘情况及焦虑抑郁状态均显著改善，最终康复出院。
Abstract
This article summarizes a case of severe anti NMDAR encephalitis patient who gradually stabilized after receiving symptomatic treatment such as first-line and second-line Western medicine immunotherapy， antiepileptic therapy， and respiratory support. During the rehabilitation period， patients receive routine Western medicine nursing and traditional Chinese medicine specialty nursing techniques， such as traditional Chinese medicine decoctions to nourish qi， promote blood circulation， and unblock collaterals， acupoint patches to clear heat and phlegm， constipation massage and acupoint massage to relieve constipation and bloating， and comprehensive interventions in traditional Chinese medicine oral care to clear heat and detoxify， prevent infections， and other specialty techniques. After 29 days of treatment and nursing， the patient's daily living ability， sputum characteristics， constipation status， and anxiety and depression were significantly improved， and ultimately recovered and discharged from the hospital.
