摘要
本文总结1例普外科下肢静脉溃疡患者采用中药局部熏洗、新型敷料、弹力绷带进行局部护理的中西医结合护理体会。通过护理评估、个性化护理及综合护理措施，包括中医综合外治法、新型敷料、压力绷带、心理呵护、饮食调整及健康宣教等。经治疗，患者1周后下肢静脉溃疡创面逐渐愈合、面积缩小，减轻患者经济负担，提高患者满意度。本文旨在分享该病例护理经验，以期为同类疾病护理实践提供参考。
Abstract
This article summarizes the integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing experience of a patient with lower extremity venous ulcer in the general surgery department. Through nursing assessment， individualized care and comprehensive nursing measures， including traditional Chinese medicine external treatment， new dressings， pressure bandages， psychological care， dietary adjustment and health education， the ulcer wound gradually healed and the area shrank after one week of treatment. This reduced the patient's economic burden and improved their satisfaction. The aim of this article is to share the nursing experience of this case to provide a reference for the nursing practice of similar diseases.
