摘要
本文介绍1例肾阳亏虚型老年早期阿尔茨海默症患者接受基于5E康复模式的护理，以整体观的理念，针对患者生理、心理及社会适应等方面进行教育、鼓励、工作、运动及评估干预，联合中西医结合护理，通过红炉拨筋法、穴位按摩与耳穴贴压等中医适宜技术，改善患者睡眠差、疼痛及尿失禁症状，提高患者的生活自理能力，缓解患者负性情绪。该护理模式可在老年早期阿尔茨海默症患者中进行推广应用。
Abstract
This article introduces a case of kidney yang deficiency type elderly patients with early Alzheimer's disease who received nursing based on 5E rehabilitation mode. With the concept of holistic view， education， encouragement， work， exercise and evaluation intervention were carried out for patients' physiological， psychological and social adaptation. Combined with Chinese and Western Medicine nursing， through the red stove tendon pulling method， acupoint massage and auricular point sticking and other TCM appropriate technologies， the patients' poor sleep， pain and incontinence symptoms were improved， the patients' self-care ability was improved， and the patients' negative emotions were relieved. This nursing model can be popularized and applied in elderly patients with early Alzheimer's disease.
