摘要

本文针对1例AQP4阳性视神经脊髓炎谱系患者，基于“虚静”思想辨证施护，通过融入中医护理技术，为患者提供个性化中医非药物疗法及生活指导。应用“虚静”思想及中医导引术，融入患者的生活起居，以增强其对疾病与治疗的理解与接纳，患者心理健康状态得到显著提升，发挥了中医传统养生文化的特色，更好地展现出中医非药物治疗针对罕见病的优势。

Abstract

In this paper， a patient with AQP4 positive neuromyelitis optica pedigree was treated with syndrome differentiation based on the idea of "vacuity and tranquility"， and through the integration of traditional Chinese medicine nursing technology， personalized traditional Chinese medicine non drug therapy and life guidance were provided for the patient. Applying the idea of "virtual tranquility" and TCM guidance， the patients' daily life is integrated to enhance their understanding and acceptance of diseases and treatment. The mental health status of patients has been significantly improved， giving play to the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine health culture， and better showing the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine non drug treatment for rare diseases.
